Primary Nursing Databases

CINAHL with Full Text
This resource provides full text for hundreds of nursing and allied health journals indexed in the CINAHL database dating back to 1981.
MEDLINE (EBSCO)
MEDLINE® covers the international literature on biomedicine, with information indexed from approximately 3,900 journals published world-wide.
PubMed
PubMed provides access to bibliographic information that includes MEDLINE, OLDMEDLINE, as well as: out-of-scope citations (e.g., articles on plate tectonics or astrophysics) from certain MEDLINE journals, primarily general science and chemistry journals, for which the life sciences articles are indexed for MEDLINE.
OVID Journals
Ovid contains access to scientific, technical, nursing, and medical journals. Provides access to journal literature, eBooks, and databases in the health sciences.
ScienceDirect
ScienceDirect is a full-text scientific database offering more than 3.5 million journal articles and book chapters from more than 2,500 peer-reviewed journals and more than 11,000 books. Our subscription includes the Science Direct Collection for Health and Life Sciences.
